TORRES<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Dear RTCA Family:</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">As you know, Pat Day, Edward Smith, and I are visiting the Chaplaincy Programs established by RTCA in <span class="yshortcuts">Chile</span>, <span class="yshortcuts">Argentina</span> and <span class="yshortcuts">Uruguay</span>. This year twenty jockeys in Chile have come to the Lord. This past Sunday at the Chilean Derby more than 100,000 people at the Sporting Club in <span class="yshortcuts">Vina del Mar</span> and several other millions via TV watched as the winning Jockey, one of the new Christians, gave the glory to God for this great victory. It is extraordinary to see what the Lord is doing in this country.
